1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between bjwala and the user. Anyone using the bjwala website (https://bjwala.ws) is bound by these terms.

Bjwala is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time and will take effect once published on the website.

• In the event of a conflict between the English and Bengali versions, the original legal document shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account with bjwala, you must meet the following requirements. Failure to comply may prevent account creation, and existing accounts may be suspended.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. bjwala does not support gaming by minors under any circumstances.
• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, phone number, and email provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility. Sharing your password with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Bjwala may request identity documents (NID, passport) for KYC verification at any time.
• Accounts registered with false information will be terminated and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bjwala supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (may vary depending on the payment method).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• At least one bet must be placed from a deposit before a withdrawal can be made.
• For suspicious transactions, bjwala may place a hold on payments until verification is complete.
• Bjwala does not charge any transaction fees, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.
• If money laundering or illegal transactions are suspected, bjwala will notify the relevant authorities.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bjwala offers a range of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, rebates, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the respective promotion page.

• By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted the specific terms and conditions attached to that bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bjwala reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or the same device will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games. Certain games may be excluded from bonus play.
• The welcome bonus is available only once per new account.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

5 Betting Rules

Bjwala offers both Sports Betting and casino gaming. Each section has its own specific rules, though certain general terms apply across the board.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out option).
• Odds may change before a match or event begins. For confirmed bets, the odds at the time of placement will apply.

6 Prohibited Activities & Account Misuse

Bjwala is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Registering or transacting using another person's identity.
• Using software bots or automated tools to play games.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical glitch or bug on the platform.
• Using bjwala for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Harassing or abusive behaviour toward other players or bjwala staff.
• Filing a chargeback against bjwala for a bet that was fairly lost.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Players may close their own account at any time, and bjwala may also suspend or close an account under certain circumstances.

• If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team.
• All valid balances may be withdrawn before an account is closed.
• Accounts closed due to a terms violation will not receive a refund of their balance.
• Accounts placed under self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes will not be reactivated before the specified period has ended.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

• Game outcomes are determined by bjwala's certified RNG (Random Number Generator).
• Bjwala is not responsible for any losses caused by issues with the player's own device or network.
